Refund Policy

Return of Goods

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your payment, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable software products

• Some health and personal care items

All class registrations including packages are subject to the refund policy as stated below.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [healinghandsmumbai@gmail.com and send your item to: C 780 New Friends Colony, New Delhi 110025.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: C 780 New Friends Colony, New Delhi 110025.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs.1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds Services and Courses

You are financially responsible for all services and courses for which you register. If you choose to drop out of a course you have registered for, you may receive a partial refund of your contribution. Please refer to refund schedule, listed below –

Course Enrollment cancellation

7 Days prior to workshop begins

Full refund less processing charge of Rs.1500

OR full amount adjusted for next course registration

Less then 3 days to workshop

50% of the course contribution will be refunded OR full amount paid less Rs.1500 will be adjusted for next course registration

24 hours before course/workshop begins including no-shows.

No refund. The amount can be adjusted against the next workshop  (if available), at the discretion of the Centre.

Healing Appointment cancellation

>24 hours prior to appointment time

Full refund less processing charge of Rs.500

OR full amount adjusted for next appointment/s.

Less than 24 hours to appointment time

50% of the paid contribution will be refunded OR full amount paid less Rs.500 will be adjusted for next appointment.

No Show

No refund of appointment booking charges.

Appointment package Cancellation

  • Fully unused packages are eligible for refund policy less 10%.
  • For partially used packages, all appointments availed will be charged at the single session rate and balance payment if any, less Rs.1500 will be refunded.

Refund processing

Refunds will be processed as a credit on your account. A cheque will be issued to you for any remaining credit balance. Allow about two weeks for processing a refund. Your refund will be sent to your mailing address or you may collect the same personally. No cash refund payments.
