About the event
In our upcoming session, we’ll explore the powerful convergence of Shradh and the science of epigenetics, revealing how ancient rituals and modern science both point to the profound impact of our ancestors on our lives. During Shradh, rituals such as offering pindas (rice balls) to our ancestors, performing tarpan (water libations), and chanting sacred mantras are believed to honor and appease the spirits of those who came before us. These acts serve not just as gestures of respect but as symbolic and energetic tools to release inherited burdens and unresolved energies that may be affecting us.
Through the lens of epigenetics, we understand that these rituals might help in clearing the epigenetic markers passed down through generations—markers that could be keeping us trapped in cycles of fear, trauma, or limiting beliefs. These practices served as the traditional way to break free from these cycles, allowing us to live with greater freedom and clarity. Join us as we introduce new techniques and tools to create a similar impact and delve into the intersection of tradition and science, using the power of Shradh to initiate deep healing and transformation.
