Sacred Shakti: A Navratri Energy Pull

We begin the festival with Shakti Rising — a 40-minute guided Energy Pull.

An energy pull is a gentle yet powerful process where you connect to the universal life force and invite it to flow toward you. This practice helps you expand your awareness, release blockages, and open space for abundance, healing, and clarity.
