Access Bars
Mental quiet through gentle head touch.
Some weeks the mind just won't put itself down. Access Bars is a quiet, hands-on practice for exactly that — a single session that asks almost nothing of you and leaves you noticeably less crowded inside your own head.
In an Access Bars session, I rest my fingertips lightly on thirty-two points on your head, each linked to an area life tends to tighten around — money, ageing, control, creativity, the body. You stay fully clothed and lie down; you don't have to talk or do anything. People often describe it as a kind of light decluttering, like clearing the tabs that have been running in the background for years. Not therapy, not meditation — something quieter than both, and gentler on the body.
This is for the moments when your mind has been busy so long you've half-forgotten what quiet feels like — when you're at a decision point and can't think clearly through the noise, when the usual tools (meditation, journaling) feel like more effort than you have, or when you simply want one restorative hour: between projects, before a heavy week, or because something in you knows it's time.
Around 60 minutes, in person at my space. A short conversation to settle in, then the hands-on portion, then a few minutes to gather yourself before you leave. You stay clothed, lying comfortably on a flat surface. You might feel warmth, tingling, drowsiness — or simply deep rest.
This stands complete on its own — no programme required. Many people also book it during a season of deeper health or life work, simply as a way to come back to quiet.

Offered as a supportive, restorative practice — not therapy, medical care, or diagnosis. I don't diagnose, prescribe, or treat. If you're experiencing acute symptoms or a mental-health crisis, please contact a qualified physician or therapist. This work sits alongside conventional care, never in place of it.
