Service Description

A relaxed 15-minute call to understand where you are, see if we're the right fit, and map out what working together would look like. This is a direction-setting conversation — not a consultation. We won't get into your specific plan, protocol or lab results here; that begins with the Foundation Session. When you book, I ask a few short questions and personally review each request before confirming, so we both know the call is worth your time. Come with your main concern and anything you'd like to ask me.
